Carol Ann Searra was appointed Managing Director of CA Southern Africa in August 2019. Carol Ann is all about engagement leadership – able to exude positivity and encouragement to galvanise a team behind a shared vision.

A seasoned IT professional with a passion for people (and tennis – Roger Federer specifically), Carol Ann excels at leading authentic engagements that deliver business results. An entrepreneurial self-starter and IT professional with many years of management expertise within leading global IT players such as Oracle, CA Technologies and Broadcom, Carol Ann thrives on identifying opportunities and being a champion for transformation and innovation.

Proudly South African, Carol Ann resides in Johannesburg and her motto is “Constantly strive for the art of the possible”.

A former IBM leader and globally certified professional, Stephen is known for his strategic thinking, commercial insight, and ability to translate technology into real business value. He is passionate about digital transformation and is widely regarded as a trusted advisor by key client stakeholders.

As Sales Director at CASA, he leads a team of Account Directors to drive strategic growth, C-level engagement, and transformation across multiple industries, supported by deep expertise in mainframe modernisation, AIOps, automation, and cybersecurity.

Stephen’s sales leadership is defined by his ability to build and guide high-performance teams, consistently exceed revenue targets, and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with precision. He has a proven track record of shaping scalable go-to-market strategies, strengthening partner ecosystems, and forging strong executive relationships that influence strategic technology decisions.
